Payment & delivery
Payment is due at booking.
Real Estate photo delivery is 24-48 hours after shoot. You will receive an email with a link to your photo gallery for download.
General Photo turnaround is case by case and you will be given a timeframe at booking. The range estimate is 3-7 days.
Preferences & Expectations
it is the client responsibility to communicate any specific requests.
Have the property photo ready at time of the shoot. Lights on and items not wanted in photos removed. The photographer is not responsible for cleaning, removing objects or staging.
If you are not happy with any photo, let me know and I can try an resolve the issue with editing.
Real Estate Photo Gallery expires 14 days after shared. Portrait Photo Gallery expires after 30 days.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
24 hour notice required for rescheduling.
24 hour notice required for cancellation in order to receive a refund.
Weather may cause us to reschedule your photoshoot.
Regulations & permissions
Photos are licensed to the photographer and client for use in marketing the property for duration of the listing. They may not be used by anyone other than the photographer or client without permission.
The photographer retains the copyright to all images.
Drone services are subject to FAA regulations, weather conditions, and air space restrictions.
